These Terms govern your use of the StoreAccessibility website and services ("Services"), operated by StoreAccessibility ("we", "us"). By using our Services or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
We offer automated web-accessibility scanning of e-commerce websites against the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, written reports of detected issues, and optional paid remediation services (the "EAA Remediation Pack") in which we provide code-level fix recommendations and a re-scan. Our reports document a good-faith accessibility effort.
Automated scanning detects roughly 30–40% of accessibility issues and is not a substitute for a manual expert audit. We do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee compliance with the ADA, the European Accessibility Act, WCAG, or any law or regulation. You are responsible for your own legal compliance.
Paid services are billed at the price shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. The EAA Remediation Pack is a one-time service fee.
You represent that you are authorized to request a scan of any website you submit. You agree not to misuse the Services or submit websites you do not own or control without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Questions: support@storeaccessibility.com.
