This policy explains what information StoreAccessibility ("we", "us") collects and how we use it.
When you request a free scan or contact us, we collect the store URL and email address you submit. When you purchase a service, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. We may collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and to operate the site.
We use your store URL to run the accessibility scan you requested, your email to send you the report and respond to you, and payment data (via Stripe) to fulfill purchases. We do not sell your personal information.
An accessibility scan loads the public web page at the URL you provide and analyzes its publicly available HTML, the same as any browser. We do not access private or password-protected areas.
If you are in the EU/UK, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, email support@storeaccessibility.com. We rely on your consent (forms you submit) and our legitimate interest in operating the Services as the basis for processing.
We keep submitted data only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. Questions or requests: support@storeaccessibility.com.
