Our accessibility scan and report are provided free of charge, so no payment and no refund are involved.
The Remediation Pack is a one-time professional service. Because work begins shortly after purchase, we handle refunds as follows:
Before work begins: full refund on request.
If we cannot deliver: if we determine we cannot complete the agreed remediation for your store, we issue a
full refund.
After delivery: because the service (code-level fixes and a re-scan) has been performed and delivered, it
is generally non-refundable — but if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to
make it right or provide a fair partial refund.
Email support@storeaccessibility.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
